We have renovated many commercial spaces.  This project was an historic building that had been a restaurant.  We renovated the entire space to keep its old fashioned charm, yet brought up to today’s building codes and standards.  The bar in the lounge is a custom design as well as the bottle storage shelving, and the fireplace was restored.
